(More customer reviews)I purchased my first pair of South Pole sweat pants about five years ago from a friend in the liquidation business and loved them. They were 100% cotton or a 100/80 blend. The only complaint I had with that pair was it had vertical zippers along the side of the bottom of pant leg.
The pair I purchased here has the same great quality tho it's a cotton poly blend. I preferred the all cotton for better insulation. The annoying zipper is gone and a string tie around the pant leg is much improved and gives it a dresser look too. This pair has two cargo pockets on the thighs and one on the right rear plus the two slighted pockets on each hip.My first pair had only one cargo pocket. Both pair have nice wide thick waist bands for support; more than the other brands I have owned. Tho this pair not as heavy as my first pair, I'm not disappointed. If you do prefer a poly/cotton blend over 100% cotton, that I would have rated this five stars.
