I want to address the delivery issue because when you purchase it, Amazon says it will take more than a month to deliver. The supplier (SportsShoes Unlimited) sent me an email after my purchase that disputes Amazon's estimated delivery date (they will try to fix the issue with Amazon).
My result: It was delivered as promised. It was shipped from England to my apt in San Francisco, CA, USA. It took 5-7 business days from the date of order.
