(More customer reviews)I'm a personal trainer and dance instructor and I can use these pants for either job. They are well made, light enough for warm weather but great for outdoor workouts too. They are essentailly sweatpants, so if you get a perfect fit, I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dryer after washing, I never do and they dry quickly and remain very soft. The look of the pants is great too, as I have received many compliments on the design.

Mens sweat pants by Jerzees has been silk screen processed in the USA. The white characters mean "Courage", "Strength" and "Longevity" going from the top to the bottom.The waistband is elastic with a draw string. There are side pockets. These are 50% cotton & 50% Polyester. Machine wash, tumble dry. Mens sizing.
